One thing I've always wanted to do work for is book covers, but had yet to try my hand at it so I wanted to try a self-directed passion project with one of my favorite classics, Jane Austen's Pride and Prejudice. I wanted it to have a slightly folksy feel, and had a clear vision for the reverse portraits on either side of the title. I was initially going to do only the front cover but wanted to be able to have a full book 3D mockup so I tackled the idea of doing a full wraparound design.
